Returns and refunds

You may request a free return of eligible new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Contact remediesbeauty.co.uk@gmail.com for a prepaid return label and instructions before sending an item. No return postage is charged for an approved return.

Your UK cancellation rights

For most online purchases you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to send them back. This is separate from our additional 30-day return-request window. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Condition and hygiene

For our additional 30-day change-of-mind policy, goods must be unused and unopened, with their original packaging and proof of purchase. Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation after their seal is broken. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Email us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will explain the available remedy and arrange any required return at our cost. Opening packaging does not automatically remove your statutory rights for faulty goods.

How to return

  1. Email your order reference and the items you wish to return.
  2. Use the prepaid label and destination provided for your approved return.
  3. Package goods securely and retain tracking or proof of posting.

Our currently listed return facility is 2601 East 28th Street, STE 0114, Signal Hill, California 90755, United States. This is a return facility, not a UK shop or business-registration address. Please contact us for the label and instructions; do not pay to send a parcel there yourself.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that they have been sent, whichever is earlier. We otherwise aim to process approved returns within 10 business days; this does not extend any applicable statutory deadline. Bank posting time may vary. Contact us before requesting an exchange.
