At Remedies Beauty, we take pride in promptly preparing your orders for shipment. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please allow this time for us to carefully package and prepare your items before dispatch.

We offer standard shipping throughout the United Kingdom with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary due to remote or long-distance locations, which could require additional transit time.

Carrier delays due to weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances may also impact delivery estimates. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Express Shipping Options

Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible United Kingdom addresses. Rates for express shipping are calculated automatically based on the destination entered. You can select the option that best suits your needs to receive your order more quickly.

Please note that free standard shipping always applies to all UK orders, with no minimum order requirement.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is always free, with no minimum order requirement. Express shipping rates vary based on delivery destination and are calculated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Remedies Beauty is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or becomes lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date in cases of loss) at remediesbeauty.co.uk@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or a suitable replacement.

International Shipping

Currently, Remedies Beauty only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
