At Remedies Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window and Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also honour the EU 14-day cooling-off period for customers within the European Union, during which you may return products for any reason.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Items should be unopened, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Seller-Fault Return Reasons
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at remediesbeauty.co.uk@gmail.com. We will provide a return label and cover the cost of shipping for these cases.
Damages and Exceptions
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be accepted for return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened skincare, cosmetics, and other personal care items are not eligible for return unless unopened and in original condition.
- Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
